Sarah Warren was born in Fultondale, Alabama in 1994. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Art in Art Studio. Sarah works digitally, primarily using Photoshop CS6 and a Wacom tablet to create illustration and conceptual design work that stems from her interest in the historical world. Sarah has a unique take on character design and a keen eye for creating new, enticing characters. Before deciding on becoming a concept artist and illustrator, Sarah was influenced greatly by anime and manga, hoping to become a Mangaka after graduating from college. Later that dream turned Sarah to the idea of becoming an illustrator. However, after discovering her true passion for video games and cinema, she realized something else was driving her artistic prowess. Conceptual art and the idea of creation. During the spring semester of 2015 at UAB, she realized that she wanted to create the characters that had inspired her at a young age. She wanted to help someone else realize that they didn't have to feel plain or worthless and that they were special. By God's grace, they too could be as awesome as their favorite character if they put their mind to it. Sarah has been featured during Bungie's All-Star Week and illustrated covers for various published books. Presently, she is working as a part-time artist for TutoTOONS. |
